Launched by Amoako Boafo in 2022, dot.ateliers is a residency born from an identified need within our creative ecosystem for more non-commercial opportunities that offer support while facilitating the exchange of perspectives, knowledge, and experiences. Located in Accra's city center, the flagship space dot.ateliers|South Labadi stands as a testament to the potential of a well-developed creative economy. It serves as a beacon of inspiration for youth, fulfilling Boafo's vision of the mentorship he had wished for in his formative years.
Current Artists-in-Residence, Nobel Koty and Courage Hunke, will open their studios to the public—offering a rare chance to engage with their work at the midpoint of their residencies.
