The recent wildfires in Los Angeles have profoundly impacted our art community, disrupting lives, livelihoods, and creative spaces. We want to express our support and solidarity with everyone affected during this incredibly challenging time. We also wish to recognize and commend the extraordinary efforts of first responders and volunteers who have worked tirelessly to address this crisis in our city.
As part of our commitment to supporting the recovery efforts, we are actively contributing to relief initiatives and collaborating with other arts organizations to maximize our collective resources and support those affected. Together, we aim to provide meaningful assistance and help our art community rebuild stronger than ever.

LA Arts Community Fire Relief Fund is a Getty-led coalition of major arts organizations and philanthropists providing emergency relief for artists and arts workers in all disciplines who have lost residences, studios, archives, artworks, or livelihoods or have otherwise been impacted by the devastating Los Angeles fires. Project Phoenix was launched by a collective of concerned art professionals dedicated to advancing wildfires relief and recovery efforts for the Los Angeles art community. The project harnesses the goodwill of business and nonprofit leaders to raise and distribute much-needed funds, host informational webinars, and publish a directory of resources tailored to the art community. Grief and Hope is a fund created by artists and community members to support artists and art workers who have lost their homes and/or studios due to the Eaton, Palisades, Sunset, and other fires in the Los Angeles area. Learn more
The Adolph and Esther Gottlieb Emergency Grant program is intended to provide interim financial assistance to qualified painters, printmakers, and sculptors whose needs are the result of an unforeseen, catastrophic incident, and who lack the resources to meet that situation. Learn more
CERF+ Craft Emergency Relief Fund is open to craft artists ages 18 and up, this emergency relief fund provides support for those who have experienced a “substantially disruptive emergency or disaster” and welcomes those affected by the Los Angeles fires to apply. Learn more
Rauschenberg Emergency Medical Grants for Artists provides need-based grants to artists who have experienced unexpected mental health, medical, or dental emergencies. Learn more
Artists’ Fellowship, Inc. provides financial assistance to visual artists and their families experiencing an unexpected emergency situation, natural disaster, disability, bereavement, or extreme hardship. Learn more
Foundation for Contemporary Arts emergency grants are available for visual and performing artists who have sudden and unanticipated opportunities to exhibit or present with insufficient time to seek other sources of funding. Learn more

Project Angel Food prepares and delivers more than 1.5 Million Medically Tailored meals each year, free of charge to homes of men, women, and children affected by life-threatening illnesses. Learn more
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) offers individuals affected by the Los Angeles fires to apply for FEMA aid, which can include financial support, as well as supplies, such as food, water, and medication. Funds are also available for immediate support, including for hotel stays. Learn more
